Extension at Dundoan, Downings, Co. Donegal
Initially, the client on this project wanted to simply make one large window where there previously was 3 small window looking from the kitchen sitting area and provide a dormer window at the first floor bedroom to take in more of the scenery.
However when presented with an alternative they immediately jumped at it. The proposals effectively stepped the ground floor sitting area out to create a panoramic view of the landscape and then at first floor, an enclosed balcony was created of the master bedroom, all giving stunning views of Mulroy Bay
