This dwelling will be located on the edge of a cluster of dwelling.  There was fantastic views from the site but these were compromised by the existing development in and around the site.  The design evolved into an inverted design whereby most of the living accommodation was at first floor and most of the bedrooms at ground floor.  the contours of the site were then altered so that there was ground level access to the first floor.  By raising the living areas, the views would be utilized where they are most wanted and it helps create some privacy to the living spaces from the neighboring propertys
